1. Booking a tour
A booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email with an order number. If payment fails or the session expires, the reservation is released automatically and you are free to rebook.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. The total charged is the amount shown on the final booking screen — no hidden fees.
3. Changes by us
Weather and road conditions in the Arctic can be unpredictable. If we have to cancel a departure for safety reasons, you will be offered a rebooking to another date or a full refund — your choice.
4. Changes by you
Date changes are free up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability. See our cancellation policy for refund timelines.
5. Participation
Our guides may refuse participation to anyone who appears unfit to safely take part (e.g. under the influence of alcohol, without suitable clothing). No refund applies in such cases.
6. Liability
We are liable for direct damages caused by our negligence up to the value of the booking. We recommend every traveller hold comprehensive travel insurance.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rovaniemi.
