1. Who we are

Huoju Travel ("we", "us") operates the website huoju.eu and the tours sold through it. We are the data controller for any personal information you share with us.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to deliver your booking:

• Contact details (name, email, phone) you provide on forms
• Booking details (travel dates, pax count, special requests)
• Payment metadata returned by Stripe (we never store full card numbers)
• Basic analytics (page views, device type) to improve the site

3. How we use it

To confirm and run your tour, to answer your enquiries, to send trip-related emails, and to comply with tax and consumer-protection law. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who sees your data

Only our staff and the minimum necessary processors — Stripe for payments, our email provider for confirmations, our cloud host for storage. All processors are GDPR-bound.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Write to privacy@huoju.eu and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Retention

Booking records are kept for seven years to meet accounting requirements. Marketing contacts can be deleted on request at any time.
