Cancellation Policy

We know travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both travellers and to the small local teams who prepare for each departure.
Standard tours
Private transfers and custom tours
Because private services are arranged specifically for your group, cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. More than 72 hours out, we issue a full refund minus any non-recoverable supplier fees.
Cancellations by us
If weather, road conditions, or any other safety concern forces us to cancel a departure, you will be offered the choice of rebooking to another date or receiving a full refund — processed within 5 business days.
No northern lights?
Aurora sightings can never be guaranteed — they are a natural phenomenon. A tour that runs as planned without a sighting is not eligible for a refund. We design every itinerary to maximise your chances and share live forecasting with you on the night.
How to cancel
Email hello@huoju.eu with your order number. We'll confirm the refund within one business day. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
